Q: HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS TO PURCHASE?
A: Ticket prices vary between shows and each of the evenings, please refer to our ticketing agencies for each individual show
Q: WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ACCESSIBILITY PLATFORM TICKETS?
A: These can only be bought via Ticketline on 0844 888 9991, subject to availability. Those with accessibility platform tickets should enter via the main entrance gate.

A: Vivary Park, Taunton, TA1 3QE.
Q: ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?
A: All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Children under 12 months old (1 year) are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket.
Q: I HAVE AN ENQUIRY REGARDING MY TICKETS, WHO CAN I CONTACT?
A: You need to contact the ticketing agency that you purchased your ticket from.
Q: I HAVE LOST MY TICKET, WHAT CAN I DO?
A: Unfortunately, tickets and wristbands cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Please keep your ticket safe!
Q: ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD, DRINK, CHAIRS, TENTS OR UMBRELLAS?
A: In accordance with licencing none of these items are allowed in the venue. Full bar and a variety of catering facilities meeting all dietary needs will be available at each show.

Q: WHAT CAN I BRING IN TO THE VENUE?
A: Bags (no bigger than A4 size), wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking sticks, blankets, people requiring assistance on crutches are all permissible into the venue.
We also allow patrons to bring 1 UNOPENED 500ml bottled water, baby formula/baby food in plastic containers and individual guests with special medical needs may be permitted their own refreshments.
Q: WHAT TIMES DO GATES OPEN?
A: Time of gates vary, please check your tickets.
Friday 13th July - 6pm
Saturday 14th July - 4pm
Sunday 15th Juy - 6pm
Guests are responsible for the security of all of personal belongings.
Ticket holders who leave the venue will not be permitted to re-enter the venue.
Q: CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
A: Small hand-held cameras and smart phones are permitted. Professional cameras, visual and audio recording equipment are not premitted and should not be brought to the concert.
Q: IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Parking and disabled parking is available close to venue within Taunton town centre.
Q: PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPTIONS?
A: The nearest train station is Taunton with trains to all major cities in Scotland. (Taunton, TA1 1QW - www.nationalrail.co.uk)

Q: WILL THERE BE A CASH MACHINE AVAILABLE TO USE AT THE EVENT?
A: No cash machines will be provided at the event.
Q: IF IT RAINS, WILL THE CONCERT STILL GO AHEAD?
A: Yes, concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather conditions if conditions become dangerous.

Medical note: People with specific dietary needs for diabetes etc, please bring a note and present this to the senior stewards at the event entrance.
Please note: before buying tickets it's really important to double check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled completely. The management cannot be held liable for any tickets which are lost, damaged or stolen. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the tickets may invalidate your ticket. If the event is postponed, the promoter and/or venue management will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any re-scheduled event.
