A: Tickets go on sale for additional show on Friday 17th August 2018 on Thurday 5th October from 10am.

Q:  WHAT TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

A:  There will be;

  • General Admission Standing - valid on Saturday 18th August - SOLD OUT
  • Uncovered Seated Stand – seated ticket valid on Saturday 18th August. - SOLD OUT
  • Camping Fri/Sat including Standing ticket – also includes standing ticket on Saturday 18th August. Camping available from 10am on Friday 17th August until 12noon Sunday 19th August. Includes entry into the Friday night Ceilidh. - SOLD OUT
  • Camping Fri/Sat including Seated ticket – camping including seated ticket. Seated ticket valid on Saturday 18th August. Camping available from 10am on Friday 17th August until midday Sunday 19th August. Includes entry into the Friday night Ceilidh. - SOLD OUT
  • Saturday Car Park – this ticket is NOT valid for entrance to the arena. Only persons with concert tickets will be allowed into the car parks.
  • Weekend Camping Car Park - this ticket is NOT valid for entrance to the arena. Only persons with concert tickets will be allowed into the car parks.

Q: WHERE IS THE LAST DANCE TAKING PLACE?

A: The Last Dance is taking place in Stirling’s City Park Dumbarton Rd, Stirling FK8 3AB (at the foot of Stirling Castle)

 

Q:  HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS TO PURCHASE?

A: General admission tickets can be bought from £49 plus booking fee.

 

Q: WHEN WILL TICKETS BE SENT OUT?

A. Tickets will be dispatched approximately 4 weeks prior to the concerts

 

Q: I HAVE A WEEKEND CAMPING TICKET, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR FRIDAY?

A: The campsite will open at 10am on Friday 17th August until 12noon on Sunday 19th August

There will be a Ceilidh on Friday night, gates open at 7pm, however only those with weekend camping tickets will be permitted.

WEEKEND CAMPING TICKETS

We are pleased to advise that the Friday night Ceilidh will go ahead as planned in the campsite on the Friday night for all those who bought weekend camping tickets.

To aid traffic management on the Friday, with the announcement of the extra show, the Campsite will now open at 10am on Friday 17th August.

 

Q:  WHERE CAN I PURCHASE WHEELCHAIR VIEWING PLATFORM TICKETS?

A:  These can only be bought via Ticketline on 0844 888 9991, subject to availability. These are only on sale by calling Ticketline from Thursday 5th October 2018 from 10am.

 

Q: I HAVE AN ENQUIRY REGARDING MY TICKETS, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

A: You need to contact the ticketing agency that you purchased your ticket from.

 

Q: I HAVE LOST MY TICKET, WHAT CAN I DO?

A: Unfortunately, tickets and wristbands cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Please keep your ticket safe!


Q:  ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?

A:  All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. 

Children under 12 months (under 1 year) old are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket. 

 

Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO BRING A CAMPERVAN?

A: As this is a temporary site, we cannot accept campervans or caravans. The nearest sites accepting these are Witches Craig Caravan & Camping Park
(Blairlogie, Stirling, Scotland, FK9 5PX) or The Blair Drummond Caravan Park (Cuthil Brae, Stirling FK9 4UP)

 

Q: WHAT FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE CAMP SITE?

A: Toilet facilities with running water, water points, first aid facilities, camping welfare office, shop for campsite pass holders. Details of extra shower facilities etc to be confirmed.


Q: WILL THERE BE SECURITY?

A: We will have Security onsite 24 hours a day to ensure your safety & wellbeing.

 

Q:  WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE ARENA AND VILLAGE AREA?

A:  Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking sticks, blankets, people requiring assistance on crutches are all permissible into the venue. 

We also allow patrons to bring 1 UNOPENED 500ml bottled water.

 

Q: CAN I TAKE MY OWN ALCOHOL INTO THE ARENA OR VILLAGE AREA?

A: Alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the arena as we have arranged some awesome bars for you to drink from.

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL INTO THE CAMPSITE?

A: We allow weekend campers to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol onto the campsite (enough for one person to consume), however no glass is allowed in to the campsite or the main arena at all.

 

Q: IS GLASS ALLOWED IN THE ARENA, VILLAGE AREA OR CAMPSITE?


A: No, your bags will be searched on entry, no glass is allowed anywhere on site including the camp site.

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINK INTO THE ARENA OR VILLAGE AREA?

A: No, but we will have a wide selection of food and drink available for you to purchase from our Village area!

Medical note:

People with specific dietary needs for diabetes etc, please bring a note and present this to the senior stewards at the event entrance.

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINK INTO THE CAMPSITE?

A: Yes, you can take your own food and drink into the camp site – but please note that you will not be able to take this into the arena. No glass containers are allowed within the arena or campsite.

 

Q: CAN I COOK IN THE CAMPSITE?

A: You are permitted to cook solely within the designated areas within the campsite only using charcoal BBQ's or small butane gas camping stoves (single burner, gas cylinder of less than 5kg) only; portable BBQ's should ONLY be used in the cooking area, NOT in tents or outwith this designed area. 

Campfires shall NOT be permitted; strictly NO campfires

No heating or cooking appliance is to be installed inside a tent/canvas.

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

A: No professional cameras are allowed within the arena.

 

Q:  WHAT TIMES DO GATES OPEN?

A: On Saturday, gates open to the Village Area at 3pm and gates to the arena open at 5pm. On Friday, gates open to the Village area at 3pm and gates to the arena open at 5pm

 

Q: WILL THERE BE A CASH MACHINE AVAILABLE TO USE AT THE EVENT?

Q: IS THERE CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?

A: Yes, there are car parking tickets for sale from www.ticketline.co.uk. Only persons with concert tickets will be allowed into the car parks. There are two types of parking tickets:

  • Friday only car parking tickets
  • Saturday only car parking tickets
  • Weekend camping car park tickets
  • Disabled Blue Badge car park - no tickets are required, please present your valid blue badge on arrival and you will be directed to the disabled parking area.

A: Yes, there will be a drop off and pick up point close to the venue, more details to follow.

 

Q: IF I LEAVE THE CAMP SITE, CAN I GET BACK IN?

A: Yes, this will be possible, details will be sent out with your tickets.

 

Q: IF IT RAINS, WILL THE CONCERT STILL GO AHEAD?

A: Yes, concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather conditions if conditions become dangerous.

 

Q: HOW DO I APPLY TO BECOME A CATERER, CRAFT TRADER OR CONCESSION IN THE ARENA?

Q: CAN I BUY OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE?

A: Yes, we will be selling a wide range of merchandise at The Last Dance.

Refund Policy:

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled completely. The management cannot be held liable for any tickets which are lost, damaged or stolen. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the tickets may invalidate your ticket. If the event is postponed, the promoter and/or venue management will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any re-scheduled event.
