Q: When will tickets be sent out?
A: Tickets will be emailed to you prior to the show. You can then print these at home or present your phone/app for scanning at the gates.
Tickets are normally emailed/uploaded 6-8 weeks prior to the show date.
Q: Where can I purchase accessibility platform tickets?
A: These can only be bought via Ticketline by calling 0844 888 9991. The lines are open 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: I have an enquiry regarding my tickets, who can I contact?
A: You need to contact the ticketing agency that you purchased your ticket from.
Q: What time do gates open?
A: TBA
Times are subject to change.
Please note - once you have passed through security and bag check, you will not be able to leave the concert arena. If you leave, you will not be able to re-enter.
Q: I have lost my ticket, what can I do?
A: Unfortunately tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Please keep your ticket safe!
Q: Are children allowed to attend?
A: All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and must have their own ticket.
Children under 12 months (under 1 year) old are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket.
All children over 1 year old require a ticket.
Q: Will there be security?
A: We will have enhanced security in the arena to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
Please be aware that at present we are using enhanced security and we would respectively ask you to cooperate fully with our safety teams, security and police, and allow extra time to gain entry to the arena.
Q: Can I bring a chair or folding chair?
A: No chairs or folding chairs of any type are permitted to be taken into the arena.
Q: What can I bring into the arena?
- wheelchairs.
- mobility scooters.
- pushchairs.
- walking sticks.
- walking aid/frame.
- blankets.
- people requiring assistance on crutches are permissible into the venue.
- We also allow patrons to bring 1 UNOPENED plastic bottle of water.
- We also allow patrons to bring in EMPTY plastic water bottles or aluminum type (these must be empty at our security gates) to use the free water refil points within the venue.
Q: Are we allowed to bring food, drink, chairs, tents or umbrellas?
A: In accordance with local and national licencing, and our T&C’s, none of the items above are allowed in the venue;
- NO bags larger than A4 size are allowed in the concert arena.
- Any form of chair including deckchairs, camping chairs, folding chairs, gazebos and tents are prohibited.
- We allow patrons to bring in 1 UNOPENED plastic bottle of water, these can be refilled at the free water points within the arena. You are also allowed to bring in an EMPTY plastic drinking bottle or alluminium type bottle to use at the free water points.
Full bar and a variety of catering facilities meeting all dietary needs will be available at each show.
Q: Can I take my own alcohol into the arena?
A: In accordance with licencing laws, alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the arena. There will be an on-site bar, offering a range of drinks for sale. We operate a challenge 25 policy and accept both cash and card.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink into the arena?
A: No, but we will have a wide selection of food and drink available for you to purchase from our concessions area!
Medical note:
People with specific dietary needs for diabetes etc can bring a medical note or medical ID and present this to the senior stewards at the event entrance.
Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: No professional cameras or cameras with zoom lenses are allowed into the arena.
Q: Will there be a cash machine available to use at the event?
A: Please note that NO cash machines are available on site.
Q: Do the vendors accept payment by credit/debit card?
A: Some vendors may accept payment by credit/debit card, please note that all bars are CASH and CARD payment.
Q: Is there car parking available?
A: There will be general parking and disabled parking in carparks in and around Vivary Park and Taunton town centre.
We have also paid for both multi-storey carparks (High Street and Orchard carparks) within Taunton to be open each night until midnight, free of charge for concert attendees from 6pm.
The High Street car park is the closest to the entrance to the concerts and has general parking and disabled parking available.
Q: Public transport options?
A: The nearest train station is Taunton Railway Station with trains to all major cities in England. (Taunton Station, Station Approach, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1QP - www.nationalrail.co.uk)
The nearest bus station is Taunton Bus Station (2 Tower St, Taunton, TA1 UK - www.firstgroup.com/somerset)
Q: If it rains, will the concert still go ahead?
A: Yes, concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather conditions if conditions become dangerous.
Q: Can I buy official merchandise?
A: On some of the nights, official merchandise may be available inside the arena.
Remember the do's:
- Do have your ticket with you at all times.
- Do arrive in good time prior to the commencement of the concert.
- Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities.
- Do bring clothing suitable for all weather conditions.
- Do put any rubbish in bins provided for you.
- Do look for official merchandise and concession outlets - all located within the arena.
- Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the grounds offering inferior goods.
- Do consider others when moving around the arena.
- Do consider local residents when entering and exiting the arena.
- Do tune into local media for traffic updates.
Remember the don'ts:
- Don't bring umbrellas into the arena.
- No glass bottles or containers of any type allowed.
- Don't smoke outside of the designated smoking areas.
- Don't bring drink or food into the concert arena.
- Don't leave valuables on display in your vehicle.
- Don't bring folding chairs etc into the arena.
- Don't bring bags larger than A4 size into the concert arena.
Please be aware that roads in and around Taunton are expected to be very busy on concert days. You should allow plenty of time to travel to the site and make your way to the venue, car parks etc.
The organisers or their partners cannot be held responsible for delays getting to the venue or getting out of the venue.
Please follow signs and instructions from Police and safety stewards.

Before buying tickets it's really important to double check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead.

Refund Policy:
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled completely. The management cannot be held liable for any tickets which are lost, damaged or stolen. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the tickets may invalidate your ticket. If the event is postponed, the promoter and/or venue management will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any re-scheduled event.
