INVERNESS SKIPINNISH SHOW RESCHEDULED TO 2022

Skipinnish and promoter, LCC Live, have announced today (Fri 23rd April) the rescheduling of the band’s summer headline show in Inverness. The concert at Bught Park will now take place on Saturday 2nd July 2022.

Skipinnish, whose contemporary Celtic music has become hugely popular in recent years, will be joined in the Big Top by several special guests – details will be announced closer to the event. Tickets already purchased for the postponed show in Inverness will be valid for the rescheduled date.
“While not a huge surprise given the continued uncertainty of the pandemic, this is a huge blow to Skipinnish. However, there is nothing else for it but to focus on the future and look forward to having even more of a party when it happens in 2022! We would like to thank our fans again for their continued support, patience and understanding. We cannot wait to see you all next year!”
Band co-founder, Angus MacPhail
“We’re so disappointed that we won’t be able to host Skipinnish in Inverness this summer. Shows like this take a considerable amount of time to put together, and with current uncertainties, we have made the difficult decision to delay Skipinnish’s Inverness show until 2022.
“That also gives us more time to work with the band to ensure that we host a night to remember in July 2022, when Skipinnish perform their biggest show to date.”
Claire Kidger, Director of LCC Live, the event organiser
A limited number of tickets are available for this show and can be purchased from Ticketline (www.ticketline.co.uk; 0844 888 9991) and in person from Cafferys, Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness, IV2 3PP.
